Moving up a tier
A tier jump costs the new tier's list price minus a credit for what you paid — full credit in the free year, two-thirds from 12 to 18 months, one-half after. A jump never costs more than buying the new tier outright.

Is there a free trial?
No. Instead you can take the interactive tour, book a 30-minute live walkthrough with the founder, or join the founding programme at 50% off. Our refund policy is published in Legal.
What does “perpetual right to use” mean?
Your organisation may use the version you bought, and every version released in your free-upgrade period, forever. It never expires and is never revoked. The copyright stays with the author; your content is always yours.
Why is there no subscription?
Chrysergia grows more valuable the longer you use it — your knowledge estate is the value. A subscription would let a vendor switch that off. So we don't offer one, at any price.
How many people can use it?
Everyone in the organisation named on the licence. Unlimited seats, on every tier. Other organisations — including your clients — need their own licence, unless you run their vaults inside your PRO+ estate.
What happens after 12 months?
Nothing stops. You keep using your version. When you want a newer one, you buy it once at ⅓ of list (12–18 months) or ½ of list (after 18 months).
How is it delivered?
Immediately after payment you get an email and a download in your account, prepared for your organisation. There is nothing physical to ship.
Who processes my payment and VAT?
Our online reseller and Merchant of Record, [Lemon Squeezy / Stripe], handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and issues your invoice. Businesses in the EU can enter a VAT number for reverse charge.
Do I need my own AI subscription?
Yes. Chrysergia is a methodology and governance framework with supporting software tools; it is not an AI provider and provides no AI service. It runs on the AI agent or local model you choose.
Can discounts be combined?
No. One discount per order — founding, partner or any other offer, whichever you choose.
Education or non-profit pricing?
PRO+ is available to educational institutions on request — register interest. There is no general education or non-profit pricing.
