Terms of sale

What you buy

A perpetual right to use Chrysergia for one named organisation, with unlimited seats, and 12 months of new versions from purchase. Nothing renews automatically.

Prices and tax

Prices are listed in EUR and USD at parity, excluding VAT or sales tax, which the Merchant of Record adds for your country at checkout.

Delivery

Digital download, available in your account and by email immediately after payment.

Consulting

Consulting packs are invoiced directly by [Distribution company], prepaid, with no expiry, and drawn down against logged work.

Licence (EULA) — summary

  • Chrysergia is a methodology and governance framework supplied with supporting software tools. It is not an AI provider, AI model, LLM, AI platform or AI agent.
  • Perpetual right to use for the named organisation; unlimited seats.
  • No redistribution, resale or sublicensing; no reverse engineering except as permitted by law.
  • You own your content; the author owns the framework.
  • Outputs of third-party AI tools are provided as-is; third-party AI terms apply to your use of them.

Privacy policy

What we collect (account email, organisation, order records), why, legal basis under the GDPR, retention, processors (Merchant of Record, email provider, hosting), your rights and how to exercise them. Chrysergia itself sends no usage data from your installation.

Refund policy

[Owner decision D2. Proposed: a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the kit has not been downloaded; after download, refunds only where the law requires. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.] Refunds are processed by the Merchant of Record to the original payment method.

Cookie policy

Essential cookies only (cart, sign-in, consent choice). Analytics only after consent, with a privacy-friendly provider. No advertising cookies.
